🔧 Integration Steps in Canvas

1. Log in to Canvas as an Administrator

• Go to your Canvas instance
• Log in with an admin account.

2. Access External Tools Management

• In the left sidebar, go to:

  Admin → [Select your account or sub-account] → Developer Keys

  (or Settings → Apps depending on the method used).

3. Add ChallengeMe as an External Tool

Canvas allows two main methods of integration:

Using a Developer Key (LTI 1.3 recommended)

1. Go to Developer Keys → + Developer Key → LTI Key.

2. Fill in the fields:

   • Key Name : ChallengeMe
   • Redirect URIs : https://app.challengeme.online/api/v3/lti-1p3/launch
   • Target Link URI : https://app.challengeme.online/api/v3/lti-1p3/launch
   • Public JWK URL (si fourni) : https://app.challengeme.online/api/v3/lti-1p3/jwks

3. Under “LTI Advantage Services”, check:

   • Can create and view assignment data
   • Can view course content
   • Can retrieve user data
   • Can create line items and submit scores

4. Click Save.

   Then activate the key using the ON toggle.

✅ Note the generated Client ID
